Legal
Terms of Use
These terms cover the Alpine Autopilot marketing site. A paid install is a separate agreement. If that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement controls for paying clients.
The site
Copy describes Anna and how Alpine works. Features and prices can change. We may update pages without notice. Nothing here is legal advice.
Booking a call
Submitting the form is a request, not a contract. We may decline work that needs cold outbound or brokerage-to-lender lead routing.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site or the form. Do not probe for credentials, phone-system identifiers, or internal tooling.
Intellectual property
Alpine Autopilot, Anna as used here, and the site copy are ours. Short quotes with a link are fine.
Disclaimer and limit
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpine Autopilot disclaims implied warranties, and liability for site-related claims is limited to fifty US dollars ($50).
Consent and messaging compliance
For a paid install, the client is the sender of record. The client is responsible for the provenance of every contact list, for obtaining and documenting prior express written consent, and for honoring opt-outs. Alpine files A2P 10DLC registration under the client's EIN and operates the agent on the client's behalf, and Alpine will decline campaigns that do not meet its consent standard. Nothing in this page or on the compliance page transfers the client's own regulatory obligations to Alpine. Specific terms are set in the install agreement, which controls.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana.
