No cold AI calling
Outbound voice and text run only with documented prior express written consent. We do not buy lists. We do not scrape. We do not “just try a few.”
Compliance
Anna can call and text. That does not mean every list is fair game. The rules below are the product. If you need someone who will ignore them, we are the wrong shop.
Outbound voice and text run only with documented prior express written consent. We do not buy lists. We do not scrape. We do not “just try a few.”
Alpine files A2P 10DLC per client, under that client’s EIN. Messaging sits on your brand. We do the filing. You own the brand identity on the text.
Voice sits on Alpine’s telephony account and is bundled in the monthly fee. You are not hunting a carrier contract as a side quest.
Stop language and opt-out handling are part of the text path, not a later patch. If a contact opts out, Anna stops.
Recordings and transcripts are available. Disclosures are handled at install so the line is honest before the first live call.
Formal burn-in protocol. Calendar, handoff, consent path, voice, texts. She does not take the public line because a calendar invite said “launch Friday.”
We do not route, share, or refer leads between a brokerage and a lender. Mortgage installs run on the lender’s own contacts. That belongs here because it is a legal line, not a packaging choice.

No. No cold AI calling. Outbound is consent-only, with documented prior express written consent.
Alpine files A2P 10DLC per client, under the client’s EIN. Messaging sits on the client’s brand. Telephony lives on Alpine’s account and is bundled in the monthly fee.
Recordings and transcripts are available. Disclosures are handled at install, not as a surprise after go-live. Consent and opt-out are built into the text path.
A formal protocol before live traffic. We test the voice, the calendar, the handoff, the texts, and the consent path. Monthly billing starts at go-live, not when build starts.
It describes how Alpine builds and operates an install. It is not a legal opinion and it is not a substitute for your own counsel. Consent, list provenance, and disclosure obligations belong to the business sending the message. Alpine files and operates on your behalf, and will refuse a campaign that does not meet the standard above — but the compliance obligation is yours, and you should have your own attorney review your program.
